I tried depositing into multiple vaults at the same time. It showed as successful, but when I checked in the "Earning" tab not all went through. And my fund from 1 vault was refunded after ~3 hours.

There should be a clear and accurate status and prompt for transaction details. If newbies were transacting, they would definitely get confused and panic.
